How the printable Sudoku generator works
Every puzzle is generated fresh in your browser using the same engine that powers the online game: a full valid grid is built, then cells are removed one at a time while checking that the puzzle still has exactly one solution. Nothing is ever uploaded to a server, and no two PDFs are ever quite the same.
The PDF itself is also built entirely client-side. Each grid is drawn with vector lines and text rather than an image, so it stays crisp no matter how large you print it, and the file size stays small even at 10 pages.
